dice up a small each yellow, red, and white onion, add in 2 tbsp wasabi, 2 tsp ginger, 2 tsp cumin, 2 tbsp cilantro, 3 tbps oregano, 2 tbsp basil, 4 bay leaves, 2 tsp tarragon, 1/2 cup shiraz, 2 cans stewed tomatoes, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 small can tomato paste, 1 tbps chives, 1 lb ground turkey browned, 1/4 cup diced carrots (don't ask, it works), 1/4 cup worcestire sauce without contradicting my spelling...
And you just might have you a kick ass non pepper turkey chili. I dunno. Try it out and let me know. :)
