Matt lives, eats and drinks in Minneapolis, where his writing on food,
cocktails and beer has appeared in
Minnesota Palate,
Twin Cities Metro
and other publications of renown, most of which managed to shut down
while he was writing for them. He's a dedicated amateur chef and
bartender, has learned to cook vegetarian food despite his abiding love
for bacon, and once lived for a week in the British Isles on nothing
but fish and chips, Irn-Bru and free samples of Scotch from Highland
distilleries.
